How to buy a DUSD token through Meta Musk

MetaMask can be downloaded on Chrome and Firefox, and from a phone on iOS and Android. For the purposes of this tutorial, we’ll be using the Firefox version, but the instructions will be roughly the same for each platform.

First, go to the MetaMask download page. Select the platform you are using and follow the installation instructions. It’s that simple!

Then follow the setup instructions given in the app. Click “Create Wallet”. Write down the seed phrase in a safe place (preferably on a device not connected to the Internet). Without this phrase, it will be impossible to return funds if you damage or lose your device. On the next page, confirm that you wrote down the phrase.
Done! You can now go to your wallet to send and receive funds.

SETTING UP A WALLET

You can immediately notice that we are still dealing with a wallet on the Ethereum network. At best, it won’t work with decentralized applications (DApps) on the Binance Smart Chain. In the worst case, you can lose funds by sending them to the wrong addresses that you actually use.
Let’s fix this. We need to access the settings to make the nodes on the Binance Smart Chain available for the wallet.

Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. On the settings page, find the “Networks” item.

Click “Add Network” in the upper right corner to manually add the Binance Smart Chain – it is not connected to MetaMask by default. It is important to note that here we can use two networks: test or main. Below are the parameters that you need to specify for each of them.

We’ll be using a testnet for this tutorial, but you probably want to use the mainnet. If you are going to use MetaMask to transfer BNB or Binance Smart Chain tokens, we recommend adding both.
After you save the network and return to the main window, you will notice two things: the network is automatically set to the one you just added, and the units are not expressed in ETH, but in BNB.

We are connected to the test network, but you can connect to the main one.
